time issue Empty time issue

can someone help me out with the time zone. havent got the clue.. when i am in to chane it it has a bunch there and i am not sure what to choose Embarassed

I had that same problem Shocked so I just started picking different options until I got it right! For EST in the US, "GMT-5" worked for me. If you are other time zones in the US, then try subtracting the additional hours ex. Pacific "GMT-8". Also, I checked "spring" for my time choice.

just take what time it says on the site and figure out the diff in hrs that you are........so if you are 3 hrs behind, chose -3

or something like that anyway! LOL took me a few tries

GMT is Greenwich mean time, which is a place in UK where the world clock is set from. We have daylight savings time now in the USA, so we have to set clock here accordingly.

Amanda, don't forget about daylight savings time and if you are in a province with the half hour differences too.
